MINUTES OF THE ERA COMMITTEE MEETING,
held on Monday 8th May 2017 at 7.30pm at the Ellerslie Eagles Club Rooms,
186 Main Highway, Ellerslie, AT 7.30PM.
1. WELCOME: Edgar welcomed all present. Meeting started at 7.35pm
2. PRESENT: Edgar Henson, Bryan Johnson, Glen McCabe, Troy Elliott, Cathy Summers, Madeline Banda, Ron Seeto (at 8pm), Carmel Claridge (OLB)

Liston Park -Auckland Council to conduct consultation “Expressions of Interest for use”
A discussion on the responses to the Annual Plan from Orakei Ward took place

Madeline gave update on the continual liaison meetings with NZTA and now including Fulton Hogan

12. INWARD and OUTWARD CORRESPONDENCE
Receipt of emailed resignation from Bryan Johnson. This was accepted with regret and the committee recognised the major contribution that Bryan has made to the ERA & we look forward to having a dinner on his return from overseas.

14. Secretary: discussions are being held with a potential person for this position
15. General Business
It was agreed that we should hold a strategic meeting of at least 2hours duration to plan out our future programme for the ERA, also agreed a good scene setter (especially for the new members) and to avoid reinventing the wheel and tick off some successes, this will be held in the KIWI storage board room when we access. Edgar to find previous list of projects and priorities compiled a couple of years ago and to distribute before strategy meeting.
